Client Segmentation

This example shows how to use Switch to build segmentation in Decision Flow.

DecisionRules

Template author

This Decision Flow example demonstrates how to use a Switch (If-Statement) to build segmentation logic. It calculates and assigns a specific client segment classification based on a provided client score value.

Solution Components
The workflow utilizes an input variable score and processes it through the following logic nodes:
  • Switch Logic (switch_segment): A central decision node evaluates the score against specific ranges to route the flow.
  • Data Manipulation (assign_*): Specific nodes assign the final output values for client.segment and client.description based on the path determined by the Switch node. The score from the input is also propagated to the output.
