IT Business Analyst / Solution Consultant

We are now looking for a Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services team, someone who will work at the intersection of analytics, customer relations, and project management.

Analytics will make up the largest part of your work - you will understand our customers’ processes, find the best solutions for them, and translate their business processes into DecisionRules. At the same time, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can manage their own projects, and can be a long-term partner for the customer. 🤝🏼

What you will do

  • Analyze customer requirements and processes and propose how to best address them using DecisionRules.
  • Handle customer requirements end-to-end, from initial analysis through solution design to implementation in practice.
  • Translate even more complex customer business processes into DecisionRules and configure them directly in our tool.
  • For new feature requests, analyze needs and impacts and prepare requirements for the Product/Development team.
  • Take care of customers from around the world, address their requirements, and be their partner in the further development of their solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team during acquisition - prepare POCs and then present the proposed solutions to potential customers.
  • Coordinate your own customer projects and take them from initial requirements through to the delivery of a functional solution.
  • Train customer teams and help them make full use of DecisionRules.

How we imagine you

  • You have a technical or economics background and enjoy combining the worlds of technology and business.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in business/IT analysis and know how to break down a more complex problem, understand the context, and design a functional solution.
  • You can think in terms of processes and handle requirements end-to-end, rather than simply passing them on to someone else.
  • You are comfortable with technology and can understand the capabilities of a product well enough to use it to design solutions to business problems.
  • You can organize your own work, manage a smaller project, and handle several parallel requirements at the same time.
  • You enjoy working with clients - you know how to listen, ask the right questions, explain things clearly, and build long-term relationships.
  • You are communicative, a pleasant team player, and able to earn the trust of both customers and people within the team.
  • Communicating in English comes naturally to you (C1+) - you will regularly communicate in English, present solutions, and help customers from around the world implement their processes.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in a SaaS, software, or technology company.
  • Experience with POC preparation, presales, or solution consulting.
  • Experience managing smaller customer projects.
  • Another world language at B2 level or higher.
