Leos Rehacek

Leoš Řeháček is a Lead Developer at DecisionRules, where he works on developing and improving a modern decision automation platform. His work focuses on building scalable web applications, backend services, integrations, and cloud-based infrastructure that help companies manage business rules and automate complex decision logic. He has more than five years of experience in software development, including work on DecisionRules and Mailstep. His technical background covers frontend and backend development, with experience in technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, Node.js, Golang, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Kafka, Docker, Helm, and Terraform.

Leoš studied Software Engineering and Human-Computer Interaction at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. His work connects practical software engineering with decision automation, helping make business logic easier to integrate, scale, monitor, and maintain.
