This year we were shortlisted in five categories:

- Highest Customer Satisfaction with a SaaS Product

- Best Use of SaaS in a Cloud Ecosystem

- Best SaaS Solution for Finance & FinTech

- Best SaaS Product for Manufacturing, Engineering, and Industrial Applications

- Best SaaS Product for Energy, Utilities or Telecoms

First launched in 2016, the SaaS Awards is one of the longer-running independent programs recognizing software-as-a-service products, judged by an international panel of industry experts. Reaching the shortlist means our nomination cleared the first round of assessment against a large field of global entrants.

What stands out to us is the spread. Three of the five categories are industry-specific, covering finance and fintech, manufacturing and industrial, and energy and utilities. That mix reflects how teams actually use the platform. The same business rules engine sits behind credit decisions at a lender, eligibility checks in an industrial workflow, and pricing or tariff logic at a utility. A shortlist place in customer satisfaction matters to us most, because it points back to the people running those rules every day.

The recognition belongs to our customers and our team in equal measure. Companies like Wizz Air, Xyometry, O2 Czech Republic, Coop Bank, and First Response Finance trust DecisionRules to manage business rules that keep their operations moving, with business teams updating logic and engineers keeping architectural control. That balance is what we build for.

Judging now moves to a second round, where the shortlist is narrowed to finalists in each category. SaaS Awards finalists will be announced on 21 July 2026, with winners revealed in August.

"Being shortlisted across five categories, including customer satisfaction, tells us we are solving the right problems for the right people. It reflects the work our customers put into their decision logic and the work our team puts into the platform underneath it."
