Account manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our internal product team at DecisionRules.

We’re on the lookout for someone who will fall in love with our product just like we did and wants to help us grow it globally. If you’ve got some experience in account management, love working with customers, and feel comfortable (or want to grow) in the world of IT and business, you might be just who we’re looking for.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing your own sales portfolio and identifying new opportunities – mainly focusing on the US and other key markets using a variety of outreach channels
  • Discovering customer needs – analyzing leads and identifying business opportunities
  • Building long-term relationships – helping clients understand the value of new tech solutions
  • Working closely with marketing, development, and customer success teams – playing an active role in the startup’s growth
  • Learning and growing – gaining experience in selling top-tier software products

Who we’re looking for

  • A driven self-starter – someone who understands that sales is a marathon, not a sprint
  • A reliable team player who can handle challenges without creating drama
  • Someone with a background in business, marketing, IT, or a related field – or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or fintech
  • Confident in both written and spoken English – whether it’s an email, meeting, or presentation
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, social media, and doing research – or ready to learn fast
  • A great communicator – clear, persuasive, and relationship-oriented
  • Open to networking, client visits, and representing us at industry events or conferences
