As our workload continues to grow, we’re expanding the team with a junior manual tester who understands how essential quality control is in the development of a product used daily by people across the globe.

What you’ll be doing

  • Testing the frontend and backend of our DecisionRules platform.
  • Simulating real user behavior - and after onboarding, being able to anticipate situations that may occur in production.
  • Carefully reporting test results and any defects you find.
  • Helping improve our processes and contributing to the overall quality of a product that changes how companies make decisions.


Who you are

  • You have English at B2/C1 level - you can communicate and understand technical requirements.
  • You don’t see testing as “just clicking,” but as an important part of development that can meaningfully impact the project and client satisfaction.
  • You can use basic tools for reporting bugs (primarily Excel).
  • You know the basics of working with the console and understand how frontend and backend function at a high level.
  • You enjoy technology, want to understand how things work, and you’re eager to learn.
Nice to have
  • Previous experience with manual testing.
  • Knowledge of some of the technologies we use: REST API, Postman, Docker, HTML/CSS, basics of JavaScript.

We don’t expect you to know everything - what you’re missing, we’re happy to teach.

  • Deployment & Hosting: Netlify / Firebase.
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Git, Bitbucket.
  • SEO & Performance Tools: Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, WebP/AVIF.
