Weâre looking for someone to join the DecisionRules team who isnât afraid of cross-team coordination and can keep multiple projects under control at once.
This role is a key connector between Sales, Marketing, Development, and Services â making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

What youâll be doing
- Coordinating projects across teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery, etc.)
- Keeping an eye on timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Supporting RFP processes and preparing materials for clients
- Driving and connecting projects that involve multiple teams
- Preparing reports, materials, and moderating/coordinating meetings
- Managing time-tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Harvest, Monday.com)
- Supporting team leads, organizing internal workshops, planning meetings, and team events
- Collaborating on improving processes and documentation
What weâre looking for
- 1â2 years of experience in project management or operations
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Understanding of business processes, CRM tools (like HubSpot), and capacity/time tracking tools (like Jira)
- Comfortable managing projects with multiple stakeholders and juggling parallel tasks
- Used to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Some IT knowledge â like Excel (pivot tables), working with CRM systems, or basic SQL
- English at B2/C1 level â most meetings will be in English
Nice to have:
- Spanish language skills
- Experience in an agency-style âtrafficâ role
